If Accra is your FMS provider then I would highly recommend switching. I have been trying to cashout my PTO for well over a month and have been emailing throughout this entire process, to not get a single reply. The professionalism in this company is a joke. Also getting them on the phone is next to impossible.

I called to get general information and the lady was rude, short and would not let me speak to her supervisor. I had to wait 15 minutes to speak to her.

Bad. Change your FMS as soon as possible if you have ACCRA. They don't pay expenses. I had several expense reports that needed to be paid. They did not pay them. They don't take any responsibility for not paying the expenses you submit. They also pay payroll late. There is nothing good about this company. They are very unorganized and don't know what they are doing. If you have a disabled child, you need to switch to a provider that pays your parent pay on time and reimburses your expenses. You also need someone who is knowledgeable and can help you in this process. Having a disabled child is hard enough, you don't want to have to fight to get your expenses reimbursed also. I rarely write reviews, but this company needs a major overhaul in order to function correctly.

My ADT was just cut off due to Accra not paying the bill from last waiver year. I also found out I was never reimbursed for expenses I submitted for last waiver year either. I didn't find out until now, in October, by my ADT being shut off, leading me to investigate further and finding everything else was also not reimbursed! I am so livid. This company used to be on the ball with everything and made me at ease. Now it is a hot mess because they don't have enough skilled office workers to keep up with the work load of clients, PCA's and Paid Parents. I blame the very top for this. Instead of loading your pockets with profit, how about you invest back into your business so you don't start losing clients and workers! I want this fixed IMMEDIATELY! I dont care how much paperwork they need to send to the state for their mess up! I want my expenses reimbursed and ADT bill paid TODAY! I have kept my mouth shut about many things and dont like to blast in reviews, but this has gotten out of control.

This app is the biggest piece of garbage I've ever I've had to use. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. It has so far gotten me, so mad. If you can't log in, you can't log out, it glitches every other 5 minutes. Come on, people, get your ap fixed, or you're probably not gonna have any more employees. Since we can't log in, log out, do anything with this piece of garbage
