We absolutely love CCM health and clinic! Was planning on having my daughter at their birthing center there and the midwives were wonderful. I ended up needing to get a c cection due to a breech baby and Dr Eleazar Briones the ll, was an amazing surgeon, he explained everything so well to us and was very knowledgeable and thorough. I Would recommend this hospital and that Dr Highly. The nurses and staff were wonderful too, we liked all of them and had no bad encounters, everyone was so kind.

Lack of communication, from nurses to doctors/NP to family members. Never notified when a DR or NP visit, so you can ask questions, or get your questions answered.. My brother is in the VA "care"center, ditto to Keven's review. Until they are deathly ill do the nurses, DR, Np respond to requests. They, then end up in the ER, the reason for the" just incase" insurance.

I am in the Montevideo Veterans Home and I was feeling really sick and the Dr made a visit, I told her it feels like I have pneumonia and I didn't get much of a response from her. The next week I was still sick and wanted some prednisone, I was told that I couldn't have any by a different Dr ( she said I had some a month ago and it was to close from the last time I had some ) another week went by and I was really sick, another Dr stopped by and I finally got her to give me some prednisone, it was at a low dose of medication and didn't do anything. I then had my blood checked and my white cells in my blood was elevated. My Nurse told me it was from the prednisone. I still felt awful and went to the emergency room. They drew blood, exray and a CT scan low and behold I was told by the ER Dr told me I had pneumonia and immediately gave me some prednisone with a prescription for prednisone and a antibiotic. It's been over a month ago and my lungs are still full of fluid. Why wasn't my blood tested again to see if my white count went down. Why wasn't there a follow up visit set up. I feel like I was let down by CCM.

This facility never has a patient that can be treated. When you go into the emergency room they either tell you that they are full and they can't treat you or they put you in a room and make you wait forever and ever. I don't feel that this is acceptable. If one is coming into the emergency room, then they need to be seen, point blank.

I wasn’t even there 10 minutes and they turned me away because they felt the reason I was there wasn’t medically necessary. I have heart problems and went in with chest pain and have been throwing up every morning and they didn’t give me any tests and they told me nothing was wrong. Never going back there again Every time I go they just rush me out, why become a “doctor or “nurse” if you aren’t going to do your job. I suggest not coming here, waste of time.
