If I could say zero I would. They let me walk out concussed out of my mind. I walked around for a month that I don't remember screwing up my life and dry heaving. I ended up needed to be put to sleep for two weeks. Also I had two physical therapy referrals expire because they couldn't answer the phone or return my call.

I was a little upset I called to make an appointment with Dr. K only to be told he no longer was working there. This truly saddens me Dr.K is one of the small few that actually listen and cares genuinely for his patients. I now go to his office in Sartell. I can see why the Onamia healthcare system is losing millions of dollars every year. Rather than having a fellowship trained pain physician of 25 years experience, providing excellent care in which many of the patients followed Dr. K they are bringing back a nurse practitioner from center for pain, a few years ago center for pain was investigated by the FBI and had insurance is removed. They are basically requesting patients pay for their pain care out-of-pocket. What a joke.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We live 5 minutes away from the clinic/hospital (have for 5 years) and we've chosen to transfer ALL our care elsewhere that's an hour away! That should tell you everything you need to know. Absolutely awful. No follow through, doctors are incompetent. Urgent care is even worse. Unless you're dying- go elsewhere. To MLHC: I have personally filed written complaints about this and several other issues for the past 2 years. Not once was there a reply or even any improvement. That itself speaks volumes.

Communication would be very helpful, get told it will be soon, never hear or see anyone for hours. Totally understand when trauma patients or critical patients are needed to be seen, so just COMMUNICATE to patients that are WAITING because of being told it would be soon. And what’s up with ONLY 1 doctor on duty, this seems unfair to that dr, having to run around seeing patients and unfair to patients being seen, hurry in , hurry out. Like stated before, understand emergency’s come up and if it was me I’d want the drs attention, but just let others know, we understand. When not knowing it gives bad vibes about the whole hospital & staff..

Came here with a breast infection that had my completely drained. I have 3 littles at home and waited last min to go into urgent care. This was a Monday night. The staff did their jobs, and the doctor was amazing and very kind. I am so glad I feel better after some IV and antibiotics. Thank you. Also, there was a little wait, but we just moved up here from Minneapolis, where you're lucky to get into urgent care before 3 hours. So, 20-30 min wasn't bad at all!
