I’ve had consistently positive experiences with Ortonville Area Health Service. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very professional. My doctor doesn't seem to know anything about the health and well-being of older women (i.e.) middle aged women. Nor does she seem to have the time to explain test results and other important medical decisions that she makes without my permission.

I have used this facility numerous times, including two emergencies. I found the nursing staff to be excellent. I was told by the Mayo Clinic when I had a stroke that this facility did everything right. I am working full time because I received excellent medical care from this facility.

Husband had to go here when out of town. Never been harassed by a medical facility over a $600 bill until now. We paid on it monthly, on time, but that was not enough. As with most people, we have had a lifetime of medical bills which have been paid off, successfully with kind, compassionate billing procedures. These are not those people. Warning, have a high-deductible plan? This is a facility that will send you to collections even when you are paying.
