Nathan was very thorough and caring when working with my mother- in-law!

The nursing care I've received over the past 2 years was incredible. The nursing team worked well with my doctors at the U of M. They were with me through some of the toughest days of my journey. They not only provided high quality nursing care but also teaching so I can do more independently. Highly recommend!

Updated review: Since my initial review, I would like to thank Hiawatha for taking concerns seriously, the follow-up by management and the intention this company has made to resolve concerns is appreciated. Healthcare and especially home healthcare is an ongoing issue due to the poor reimbursements authorized by social security recipients for high quality care. This is an area I can now recognize as a systematic concern and must be upsetting and difficult for agencies and recipients alike. The diligence that Hiawatha has offered our situation speaks highly for the care expectations this agency is striving for. I will keep the initial review below for reference as well as the agency response. Thank you Hiawatha for your sincerity to your mission to providing quality care, it is obvious you brought the importance of our concerns as high priority. Initial review: Awful care from nurses who are inexperienced, impatient, whom do not show up for their shifts and unable to follow care plans. Go anywhere else available for quality care.

Nursing staff are disrespectful to patients and disrespect the personal choices and rights of those they are there to care for
