Snobs. Hide behind the fine print of your contract. Be sure to read it before deciding. Appearance is what matters to this office. They can and will drop service and leave you hanging wondering what you did wrong. There are other companies that genuinely care about their clients welfare.. these people shouldn't be a first choice.
