It pains me to write this review. But, the concern I have for my mother's safety and other persons using Stanlet Jones & Associates services. My mother had stroke that left her with minimal mobility and she has hearing loss from her service in the military. Basically, she is a vulnerable adult, like many others receiving service from Stanley Jones & Associates. My mother's doctor ordered 10 hours of assistance. Which she has never recieved AT ALL! Just recently the homeaide Emma was caught bringing someone to my mother's home. Usually, I would be at work, but this day I was off work. I witnessed a car pull up infront of my house. It was a male and female. I c I uld tell they were arguing and this went on for a few minutes. I was about to call the police when the female stepped out of the car. To my dismay I realized it was my mother's homeaide Emma. This really concerned me so I did record my conversation with Emma regarding the person she brought with her. I also have a doorbell camera so I was able to have that recording and pictures as well. I did call the nurse Beth who assured me this was not supposed to happen. She also stayed that Virginia would be calling me about this matter. What really concerns me is the difference in Emma's behavior that day and that Friday when she returned. I was able to see that she brought someone to my mother's house again her next visit. It has been two weeks since this issue occurred. Last week no services were provided for my mother and not one call was made to let my mother know she would yet again not revieve any services. Two weeks later we. Recieved a call from this company stating that their homeaide was sick and my mother would be going a second week without services. When I called the company back they refused to let me speak with Virginia or Beth. I am thoroughly disappointed that this issue has gone unresolved. I am appalled that they have dropped services with my mother as it is against the law for them to do so. Becareful with their homeaide bringing a gentleman to your home. Both times she wanted to have my mother outside on the back patio immediately when she got here. The second time my mom refused to go because of the previous incident and because of the change in Emma's behavior. Thank God for the doorbell camera because we were able to catch her again for the second time. Do better Stanley Jones & Associates! You are putting vulnerable adults in danger! It is not okay!
