Abdi has been coming to help me since I had a Tracheostomy in February. He initially did overall checks of physical and mental health, wound care, replaced my bandage and trach ties. He taught me how to change my bandage. He still does my trach ties because it takes two people. And does blood pressure checks, oxygen levels, over-all physical and mental health checks, etc.). He is a calm and encouraging nurse and teacher. In addition to being highly professional, he is kind and positive all the time. He is wise beyond his years and always has thoughtful and encouraging ideas to share with me. He is very good about actually asking how I'm doing, really listening and responding with helpful suggestions. He even helped me get some trach supplies when I was having difficulty getting results from my home health supply company. Abdi has been a true blessing during my recovery. Serenity should be proud to have such an extraordinary professional in their company!
