We needed some short term overnight care for our father who has dementia. First night they sent us a young woman that looked completely strung out and started out by telling us all, including my father, that she had been working all day. She made jokes and was completely unprofessional. Our dad even asked her if she was making fun of him. Next up they sent a guy who showed up late and intoxicated. We had to send him home. My recommendation is to skip this place.

If i could give this company a zero i would. My father had a terrible experience with them i am so disappointed with this company. my father had to watch his wife of 60 years pass away. The caregiver this company sent out had no empathy no bedside manner. Please stay away from this company. Your loved one deserves more than this company.

I've contracted CareApparent to help with my 85yo mother for a few weeks now. 3 days a week, 4hrs each visit. I've been very happy with the providers. Very professional and helping with several aspects of my mother's care. Showering, dressing, cooking and putting together meals. On Monday before July 4th, I called and asked to get 24hr coverage for the holiday weekend. Though somewhat last minute, the team worked very hard to pull together the support. My wife and I were able to get a respite, and we were confident mom would be in good hands. I highly recommend this group.
