Got a call from this place and when I called back they didn’t know who called me. When they told me what their business was I said they must have the wrong number and they said ok and hung up, no apology for bothering me. Rude, unprofessional and strange

We’ve had some trouble with coordinating our services- they seem to have a lot of part time or temporary staff- one group doesn’t know what the other group is doing and there doesn’t seem to be an overall plan of care that the whole team is aware of. Otherwise good services offered.
