Jeff, the gentleman behind the counter was so very kind. I arrived about 8 minutes before they closed for the evening. Not only did he stay open past 5 to help me, he did the same for 2 young men that walked in after hours and he did so with a wonderful positive attitude and a great smile! He also gave me a generous discount on an item he didn’t sell many of, but I desperately needed. I can’t say r enough about his kindred. Thank you Jeff! You’re a saint!

I needed a specific size of adult diaper for my senior mother. I could not find the size right away, but the clerk/manager knew exactly where to look for the size and got me a pack. I also needed antibiotic cream for mom, and not only did he know the right kind of cream, he did not charge for it! Clearly, they are not in this business for only the money. I doubt that would have happened in any large store. Very friendly, very FAST sevice!

I get the syringes I use for my dogs catheters at Saads. They are the absolute best group of folks in Healthcare supplies. They don't care about how much they can make off you, they care about if they can help you. Today was even more proof that they have made me a forever customer. My family will not get medical supplies anywhere else !
