My dad was assigned CenterWell for his home health several years ago. The nurse we had was great. Very kind and very compassionate and very helpful. However, the therapists and company as a whole were very disappointing. We had OT & PT for a short time, but they were not dependable, prompt, or knowledgeable. The therapists might show up once a week (if lucky) and stay for maybe 15 or 30 minutes. Although the company advertises they are "on-call 24/7," they are NOT. We had several situations where we had to call them afterhours and IF anyone even returned the phone call, they stated each time that they would not come out and access my dad and advised us to just take him to the nearest ER or call 911 and let the paramedics come access him. They also advertise that they can provide in home aides to assist in daily grooming, feeding, baths etc. This is also false. We asked several times for that service and we were told they do not provide it. Finally, when my dad passed away last month we have yet to receive a phone call, a card, condolences, flowers--NOTHING from them. Not one person from this company including his nurses, therapists, etc. that knew him for the last few years and saw him weekly did not even bother to be present for him or our family during the wake or funeral. So direspectufl! Would NEVER recommend this company!

I had a wonderful experience with the care givers at Center Well Home Health. I was treated with much respect and tenderness with my wound. We were able to call on them 24-7 even on the weekends. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

The Physical Therapy team at CenterWell Home Health are Professional and Personal. Their treatment plan will help you regain your strength and confidence. They are good about scheduling and being on time. I have found them to be a very caring team.

Can’t get in touch with a therapist and a therapist seems to not want to get in touch with me to schedule appointments. I had one therapist coming to my house and she just up and decided not to show up anymore. Also, the communication is horrible. They call you the day of the session to try to schedule an appointment not knowing what you have planned for that day. My experience has been horrendous and I do not recommend this company! I chose this company because of the good reviews that I’ve read but my experience doesn’t reflect or match up to what they’re saying.I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism like this a day before in my life! Don’t have a serious injury and in need of therapy because if you do well you’re in bad shape!

I have used your service twice and both times I have been impressed by the professionalism and friendly attitude of the PT folks. The first time I had a visiting nurse, April was her name and so enjoyed the times she came. I tease both Brandon and Terry about leaving that dang blue pad in their car but do they? Nope unless it's a walk day. When doctor wanted PT for me again I requested he use CenterWell. To anyone needing in home PT I would say CW is the best.
