Sierra is the best PT for my patient. My client is very stubborn but Sierra has the touch to make her want to do the exercises. She is excellent with older clientele!

Nurse pulls up and sits in my yard for at least 20-30 minutes before coming to the door. Nurse is very rude to everyone in the house. Very unprofessional in her attitude and the way she talks down to the caregiver of the patient. The caregiver has Firefighter and Medical training. This happens every time she comes. Also today as soon as she came in the first thing out her mouth was she need the restroom. Wow

This service seems useless. They show up, sit in the car for about 10-15 minutes, come in for MAYBE 10 minutes, take BP and temp, ask if there have been any changes in your health or prescriptions. Then they say good to see you and leave. Very cold and indifferent, seems mad at the world, obviously hates her job as an LPN, said her boss an RN would be coming next time and on that visit noone showed up or called to reschedule. They sure are billing the insurance company though. Would not recommend.

Jodie was my nurse and she is very knowledgeable and so caring. I am very grateful for her and the support I was given by her and especially Karen on my home care following knee surgery. Karen is the best PT I have ever encountered! A miracle worker with a heart of gold. I will continue to update my progress with Vital Caring as I will be phased out unfortunately because of insurance coverage. Highly recommend!

Treatment and service have declined significantly since Kare-in-Home (local) was bought by VitalCaring Group (a private equity group). The new management cannot seem to keep nurses or CNA's and substitutions and random rotations of staff are the norm now. In addition, the staff doesn't seem to communicate with each other or the patient's medical files effectively. Medical and care supplies that were once routinely provided are scarce now in an effort to, I assume, cut costs. I wouldn't recommend VitalCaring to any home health or hospice patients in the area.
