They were not only helpful but they were each friendly, caring, respectful and encouraging not only to Dad but to his family as well. Thank you to each of them, we appreciate your help more than we can express. Gio came to see me a number of times after I was discharged from the hospital. She was wonderful-- compassionate, professional, friendly. Very helpful & having a nurse touch base regularly made me feel more secure during my recovery period. My occupational therapist also came a number of times (I've forgotten his name). He was also extremely helpful, very personable & sincerely concerned about my welfare. Thank you to them both.

Shala Metcalf is our home healthcare nurse. She is very polite, professional,always on time, answers any questions or concerns we have. Makes sure we have supplies for the days she isn’t here. I would give her a five plus.

Overall NOT impressed. They were my mom’s home health after a colostomy and they really did not do anything. I had to learn what supplies she needed, I was the one that changed the bags. All they did was check blood pressure and chat. We had to ask for the nurse to check her incision. She did have PT was well and that was more beneficial. Just overall do not recommend this company. Since they do very little, not knowledgeable in ostomy supplies and always LATE!
