My doctor ordered therapy on my back. I have to do home health because I don't have a car to be able to get to a place. One of the employees came out to do the paperwork for using the Home Health agency. A day or two later I heard from the therapist Kelly that she was going to do the one to do my therapy. She came the first time and someone else came the second time she came back after the second one. That was the last visit that was made and then I get a call that I somebody was coming to do my discharge. I asked why I was being discharged and they indicated that what I was doing was more like maintenance of Medicare doesn't cover that. And they said that I missed two appointments, which is not true no appointments were set and the only thing that I could say was missed was when they called a couple times and I had doctor's appointments and I could meet with them that particular day. It becomes difficult to set up a time when they call you the night before they want to come. I can't help it if I had something going on like the doctor's appointment most of the time time is why I don't do the therapy for that particular day that they want. So they're saying that I missed two appointments which was not true they were not appointments that were set that I canceled anyway. So my doctor had written an order for I think 4 to 6 weeks two or three times a week and I got three visits and Kelly said that I was fine I could do my stuff at home by myself. It's hard to understand when your doctor writes an order for a certain amount of time and if the therapist did say not you don't need it anymore you're fine. I thought that therapist came you did some things to help yourself but usually they come back and show you a few more things but that didn't happen. I will never use them again and I will not recommend them to anyone. I wish I had gone back to Elara caring. They did therapy for my shoulder replacement for several weeks we even two three four months it was. Sorry you're getting a bad review but I had to speak my opinion

This home health was for total left knee replacement. Kelly has been so wonderful! It is a tough job she has and she does it with a smile and good humor and above all very professional. Couldn’t have gotten more lucky getting her for my home health care visits. She has come to every appointment! If the weather was bad, I wouldn’t expect her to come! Thanks for the help and encouragement! Leesa 1/15/2024 Just got signed out of home health today. Progress was great. So professional and funny. Will be having the right total knee replacement by the end of 2024 and will request Kelly (PT) and Rebecca (Nurse) for my home health care then. No complaints at all. Thanks for all the care and compassion from both!!

The PT, OT, nursing and aide staff were extremely confident and compassionate toward my mother and our family during my mother’s recovery from a back fracture. They were timely and very attentive to her/our needs/concerns.

This group used to take care of my mom. When she got very sick and went into the hospital they kept in contact with her while she was in there. When she was getting ready to be discharged they called her doctor and they canceled her services with them. They had not contacted my parents to talk to them about how they were not going to be able to take care of her anymore because they didn't feel that they were capable of doing so. When my doctor tried to talk to them about continuing to take care of her they would not listen they would not even consider the fact that they were the ones taking care of her and now they no longer are. They left her high and dry they were rude, they were incapable of conversation they are pathetic and I would not recommend anybody to them or anybody's loved ones to them for they do not need to be in business. It is their job to provide home health needs to those in need and my mom is one of them.

My mother had knee replacement surgery 7 days ago. A nurse has come once for a very short period of time. She did nothing. My mother's pain is horrible. I called for help. They said it's my fault. Nothing they can or will do. My mom refused pain meds the first night after surgery. Out of my control, in a healthcare facility. My brother called back, we need help! They said call the ER. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 They have done nothing to help us what so ever. We are not health care professionals. I thought this was their job. Im shocked at the lack of empathy and horrible customer service.
