The staff are absolutely amazing. I adore everytime I get the chance to speak with them! Extremely helpful and kind. Recommended to my coworkers and friends if they are ever in need!

Physical therapist is not reliable. After knee replacement surgery they were supposed to visit three times a week. First week went well and I liked the therapist. That therapist went on vacation and I got no visits the second week despite text messages otherwise. Called their office four times and was told someone would contact me soon. No response. I cannot even get them to discharge me to outpatient physical therapy, which I was ready for after the first week. Now I cannot get the help I need for recovery anywhere.

The ONLY reason this place is getting one star is, one, I had to give it to them to review it and two, my dad's regular aid is wonderful. But she is the only one who shows up and she doesn't work weekends. They've been notified everytime whoever they were supposed to send doesn't show up, which is every weekend and they do not care at all. So, if you don't care when or if your elderly loved ones have the help they're suppose to get whenever they're expecting it, this place might be for you!

Mother was using Elara and developed a wound on her leg. They let it get to a point of being infected and just wrapped it and didn’t seem concerned. Waited one day all day for them to come, never showed, called said had trouble with another patient , then when called office they said family emergency. Called them twice, never returned call!
