This company is something else. Just received a bill for $180.00. The bill is dated for services in March 2025. Postmarked November 2025. When started to receive service from Inspire we were told there was no charge to us that they billed insurance directly, no out of pocket expense to us. Contacted insurance company they said Inspire didn't file charges within time frame. Now Inspire is harassing us because of their mistake. Probably too, this negative review. Insurance company says not to worry because we have paperwork from Inspire stating that we would not face any out of pocket expenses. This company is bad news and there are much better home health organizations available. The one star rating is for the entire management team at Inspire and part of their therapy team. My wife is terminally ill and had an unannounced visit from one of their managers, Tasha. When she left our home my wife and myself were in tears. The main office stated she was there to explain our options, we were explained our options by my wife's doctor. We didn't need someone in Capri pants, sandals with painted toenails, all awhile looking like she (Tasha), was going on vacation to Disneyland to tell us our options. Took two days to even here back from Inspire, and would not had heard back if I had not explained to a therapist on what happened. When there main office did contact us, by Christina, they back peddled. Of course, Christina did take responsibility for sending their untrained, unannounced 15-year experience nurse/manager Tasha to our home. The strange part about Tasha is she did not exhibit any training in counseling or sensitivity training. Our many thanks to nurse Amber and Ryan for caring for my wife. Too bad the rest of the company's people are uneducated and hurt patients and their families. I might add that we used this firm for approximately 2 years! This whole incident was for me to convince my wife to enter hospice care. I'm sure there are better organizations out there! One other observation. I just found out Inspire is affiliated with Crown Hospice company, one of Inspire's employees dropped an ink pen where their car was parked, verified by home security camera, advertising on ink pen says Crown hospice and that is why their manager, Tasha , tried to convince me to convince my wife to enter hospice care. It was all about money not the well being of the patient. Please do not let these people into your life's. UPDATE: Was contacted by Americare, the mother company of Inspire Home Health. They left a message on Google to contact them over the issues at hand. The individual I spoke with already had custody of emails sent to Inspire's home office yet wanted me to repeat my issue. They stated that they would get back with me after trying to resolve the issue. Americare did call me back and in true corporate fashion denied any unethical behavior by both of their employees. Was also told they didn't know where the ink pen came from, (maybe gift from Crown Hospice?) They also implied that I am a liar. Horrible experience!
