I now refer to Home Health Nurses as Angels from Heaven - My only regret is I didn't ask for their help sooner. "May the Blessings of Heaven be with You n Yours for all Time"

Our nurse, Deb was phenomenal. I would recommend Hometown Homecare in a second. Deb was very attentive to my dad. The night he passed we called her in the middle of the night and she came over and spent a couple of hours and then came back later in a snow storm. Luanna and Rosalie came over and gave m dad his baths. Both of these women were so caring in their time with my dad and making sure he was comfortable every step of the way.

How do you put into words the gratitude you have for the compassion love dedication and true heartfelt moments shared and given to my best friend and family friends while our loved one was on hospice... Thank you for being strong when we were weak and so giving when we couldn't give.. it's a lifetime moment and memory. 💙

My experience with Hometown was not a great one. My mother was ill and they recommended home health. She had a port that the nurse was not able to access. I’m not sure if it was lack of training or confidence but it took another nurse to secure it. Small community should still mean qualified. The CEO/owner of the company sent a message about my mother and her deteriorating health to my sister that was meant for the doctor. The message was crudely about us not accepting our mother’s declining health and that she was indeed doing hospice care but we refused to call it that. Hurtful to say the least. When we asked for what was making mom so sick, so fast. CEO/Owner said it was the disease process. We begged for labs, our mom had an infection in her blood when she passed; probable source was her port. All in all, CEO/owner is attentive. I do feel like there is a strong likelihood the infection brewed from the staff not trained to care for it. This is a Faith based company, I pray some day we get peace for what I feel hastened my mother’s passing.
