I’ve had a great experience and great wound care From the Home Health , PT & OT. I appreciate each and every visit that they make to me. They are personable and caring about your pain. They have a good sense of humor and they listen to me when I tell them what’s going on With my health. I want to give kudos each one of them because they deserve it and they earn it. I highly recommend Terrace Home Health to anyone that wants to be taken really good care of as they are rehabbing. Shelby is the Home Health nurse that comes and sees me twice a week and takes care of my wounds. She’s very efficient and thorough which is very much appreciated.. She’s also very personable and makes me feel comfortable when she comes to my home. She even goes above beyond and Bring in my mail or any packages they’re on the front porch. She has had to go by the seat of her pants when The wound Care doctor didn’t send home care instructions On how to dress my wounds. She’s very knowledgeable And took care of dressing, the wounds. Which she always makes the right call is very caring when she with dressing my wound. Cori has been a blessing to me. She’s also very friendly and personable, and I feel comfortable With her in my home. Several times she has come and I had an issue and she Listened to me or look at whatever body part I was having an issue with and also is very helpful On two occasions when she came to visit me, I was not doing so well and had to go to the Emergency room She was very helpful in gathering up what I needed to take to the hospital with me. She was also helpful in Assisting Theambulance people get me out the door into the gurney. She’s just not there to do her job. She listens and cares. Patience, the OT put me at ease right off the bat with her first visit and her upbeat attitude and gentleness. She got to know me and very helpful in the exercises she had me to do to gain my strength back. I’m looking forward to her next visit and she is going to help me with showering and covering up my wound so they don’t get wet. She even went over and above trying to get my old shower head off and putting my new showerhead on. She has been Very thorough with explaining to me, what supplies andsteps are gonna be needed for me to get in the shower and out safely. She’s very much appreciated. Kale the PT is very knowledgeable and I’ve only seen him twice now so we haven’t got to know each other well this time. I’m looking forward to getting to know him and him getting to know me So that he can evaluate what I’m capable of and what type of exercise I need. However, he’s been very efficient and helping me do my physical therapy. Since having surgery on my foot, and I have to keep a walking boot on and can’t do a lot of exercises as far as walking, But he’s giving me very good exercises that I can do while sitting. I appreciate his patience and taking his time with me to make sure that He exercise or not causing any pain to my foot’s

Terrace HH stopped coming without notifying me. I had a wound vac that required frequent nursing care. They didn't care. I didn't have a chance to obtain a different HH agency. I would not recommend this company!
