IN THE COUPLE OF MONTHS, MY MOM HAD SERVICE, I ONLY HAD ONE ISSUE. AFTER SHE GOT HOSPITALIZED, THEY WOULDN'T RE ALLOW HER BACK IN. HOWEVER, THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME AND HOW THEY CARE FOR PEOPLE VERY WORKABLE ON SCHEDULES ET CETERA. VERY KIND PEOPLE, JUST DON'T LET YOUR FAMILY MEMBER.GO BACK TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE THEY WON'T REACCEPT YOU. IF YOU CAN LOOK PAST THAT, THEN THESE PEOPLE ARE THE OBVIOUS PEOPLE TO CHOOSE

I had a spinal cord injury about two years ago and have needed in home care since then. We contacted Phoenix and made arrangements for in home care twice a day. I have appreciated the open communication with the "supervisors" when any concerns have occurred. Overall I have had very good care attendants and at the present have a primary attendant that is excellent!

I know many people whom work for Phoenix home care in Jefferson city, mo and Clinton Mo and the agency has went above and beyond to help people and keep them in their home, When I visit the office. I am always greeted so nicely. Never long waits. And very concerned workers When I have to call my issues are always resolved promptly by Dina Cornejo and I know so many whom need these services but do not qualify for Medicaid...unfortunately But it has been the best care I've seen out here. They acknowledge the unseen disabilities well and know the struggles are real. I've dealt with the agency for over 5 years now with love ones and friends. They are amazing Thank you all

I've had very good experiences with Phoenix. Dina is very attentive to any concern i may have. I'm the client and my son is my home health provider. I prefer family and he's the closest I have. It's very easy to get setup since they do all the talks with insurance. This is the only agency I've had and several years later I haven't looked elsewhere since I'm happy with my services.
