Words cannot express my gratitude! My Nana, who was 82, just passed away a week ago today. For the past 2.5 months she was using hospice care. Everyone was wonderful!!! Any questions/concerns we had were always addressed. They made sure we had all the supplies we needed, even ones we didn’t think about. Misty, who was her nurse, went out of her way to provide excellent care. The chaplain arranged her priest to come to the house which meant a lot to her. When she passed away, the process was made very easy for our family. 10/10 recommend!

Recently my wife was a hospice patient at the Wornall Road location in Kansas city. Care and staff were outstanding in every respect. Very caring and very professional. The staff and facility made a very unpleasant process much, much better. I'm very grateful and wish to thank all involved with my wife's care. I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The care team for my mother-in-law over the past six months has been 100 on a 1 to 10 scale. The compassion and care were top notch. Everyone who helped in any way was amazing. We cannot say enough about her care team. She and we were so blessed with an amazing team.

My mother and life partner were both here at the end, and both received wonderful care. Everyone was extremely compassionate and helpful. They allowed me to bring my partner's and my dog while I was there with her, and it was a great comfort to me. They also have food for the visitors while you stay with your loved one. God bless them!

Although my Dad was only on hospice for about 3 days, the care team was compassionate and comforting. My Dad declined really quick and when I called KC Hospice and told them my situation, they had the admitting nurse at my home that same day. She comforted me as I cried while signing the paperwork. She then had the comfort kit at my door within the hour and a hospital bed delivered the next morning. It was exceptional! When my Dad passed, the nurse that came brought me great peace in that moment with how she humanized him by running her fingers through his hair, although he was already gone. Her name is Cappi and I will never forget the impact she left on me on the worst day of my life. After the fact, I now work with Joel as part of grief support. He is wonderful and I love that they provide this service. Their care doesn’t stop when your loved one dies. I highly recommend KC Hospice and Palliative Care.
