Thank you from my heart for the decades of service from VNA that my family members have received from VNA!! Your employees set the bar, in our opinion. We will never forget any of you.

Tammy from Physical therapy was an absolute joy! She kept my grandmother motivated, showed her techniques to use the walker (which was an adjustment for her) and she is now walking stairs! Her keen eye for which leg was stronger or.. how she can utilize exercises for additional strength was awesome. She listened to our concerns and more importantly she met my grandmother where she was.. and was so kind while she did it. Man! Such a blessing.

Been 6 months since dad passed. I cannot recall the names of the nurses and bathing people who helped in those last months, but I cannot also imagine those last months without VNA's assistance. Professional, caring, and overall lovely people that steered me through a time that would have been impossible to navigate without their help. I don't know what I would have done without VNA's help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart...I'll never forget the support that was given as long as I live. --Glenn McDonald Jr (Known by the nurses as "the two Glenn's").❤

I used VNA after my mother suffered a stroke and I wanted to keep her at home with me. We eventually used their hospice service and I cannot say enough great things about this organization. Everyone, from the volunteers to the social workers to the nurses were so caring and helpful. They TRULY cared about us and our needs. They have a wonderful system of doctors/nurses/pharmacies that make caring for an elderly patient so much easier and give the caregiver peace of mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home health care.

My 91 year old grandma has been the center of a VERY large family when unfortunately it was apparent her end of life was coming, and it was coming fast. This organization swiftly facilitated a home hospice care plan for my grandma who was in the hospital (and wanted nothing more than to pass at her home) and got her home safely, and most importantly comfortably. However, a HUGE shoutout to the wonderful RN Rebecca, Becky, she came to our Grandma’s side and was able to advocate for the things our grandma needed to make her transition peaceful & everything that she deserved. She ordered everything and had it delivered immediately , and she did not skip a beat with our grandmas health history and needs, she helped with instruction, and answered every question we had, my grandma was in No pain after months of some pretty intense pains. With a large family comes many emotions and she helped each of us navigate that, and was very understanding of the high emotions that come with loss, especially with such a large amount of people who care so deeply for their loved one. Our family has numerous nurses and it is so comforting and necessary to have this outside source, who was a compassionate professional helping us to navigate this experience, they do nothing but help. They set us up with a Chaplin who genuinely listened to the story of our grandmother’s life. We can’t say enough great things to the doctors, staff who helped with oxygen, bedding, transportation from hospital to home, and everything in between. Even the parts that are traditionally thought of to be scary, was made peaceful, and comforting by these wonderful humans. They treated her like family and we are grateful that our paths led to them helping our grandma, and us through this process. They always have an open door with us! Thank you again times a million!
