We had 24 hour care in home which we paid literally thousands a month. We were stolen from, sent people who weren’t experienced in leader care and many times no one showed up. I attempted to make contact with the owner twice to be sure he was aware of those he had working for him but he never responded. Our society needs to do much better for its elderly!

Mariah provided palliative care for my uncle (Fred Fulk). I was present twice when she was there and heard nothing but PRAISES from my family for her previous visits. She takes her time and goes above and beyond in helping the patient and family and she has excellent customer service skills. I think you are VERY LUCKY to have her on your staff. I recommend her for a raise and or special recognition.

My mom received hospice care in the final days before her recent passing, May11. The care team led by Riza, was intentional, professional, and thorough on so many levels. God's love was just a steady undercurrent in their care. They collaborated efficiently with the wonderful nursing home staff, going above & beyond to monitor Mom and keep her comfortable in every possible way. (Even creative extra touches like aromatherapy were used.) :) Mom was always treated with respect & dignity. Freudenthal even remained there by our side until the funeral home arrived. I would love to recognize each of the team by name, because they just felt like FAMILY. You know who you are, though. My dad and I are just so grateful & blessed that you are so committed to what you do.

Freudenthal Primary Care At Home was a Godsend for our Mom (Verlea). Her medical staff was amazing! Each staff member went above and beyond in Mom’s care. Every phone call that was made and every concern that we had received immediate attention. The entire staff was very knowledgeable of Mom’s needs and worked with us to ensure that she was comfortable and taken care of no matter what. The staff was just a phone call away when we were needing anything for her. The routine house calls were very thorough and all questions and concerns were addressed at each one. Freudenthal provided our family with the absolute best care we could have asked for. The staff, nurses, social workers & chaplain were caring and professional always listening and taking care of our families needs at all hours. We only had their services for 3 and a half weeks, but they made it as stress free as possible and have made follow up contact afterwards. We highly recommend this great group of professionals.
