Please read in its entirety, dealing with depression and anxiety. This took me a while to talk about. I was treated so badly by this agency. I first want to say my nurse Natalia was the best. She is the reason I hesitated to make this post, but I must make this post. The other nurses some were great as well. My first nurse Leslie came to my home and was very rude to me. I still don’t understand to this day why some people in healthcare think it’s OK to disrespect an adult person and be harmfully mean she came in my house and didn’t even speak to me and basically spoke to me like a child I called the agency and told them I didn’t want her back so that’s when all the retaliation started my case manager her name was Danielle O. This lady was the most disrespectful. I don’t know if she was a nurse, but she definitely doesn’t belong in caring for people because her level of care is harassing you demeaning you and setting different rules specifically for you that is not listed as the company policy any chance she got to harass me she did it. I missed a doctors appointment one day but was able to reschedule the very next day. This lady calls all my doctors was told that I did miss the appointment even though I rescheduled it and told me she was putting me on a two week probation. I told my doctor and he said he had never heard anything like that. I think she was a big liar and I think she was harassing me and she needs to be fired and if anybody knows how to report or where I should report this person as a nurse or healthcare provider, please let me know because I really feel she retaliated against me because I didn’t like Leslie. Leslie was unprofessional And rude and I have a right not to want a rude person in my home treating me like crap I have been in the hospital for a few months. I was very sick. I was trying to heal. What in the world did I need someone treating me like crap in my home Make it make sense. These people didn’t mean me any help or good for whatever reason I don’t understand, but it’s definitely wasn’t any caring and it definitely isn’t part of the healthcare I’ve seen in the past and one bad. Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree because the administrative portion of this healthcare agency are all rude all women and very disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to care for a pile of crap. I do not recommend this agency, but like I said, the nurse, some of them were very nice Claire was one of my nurses however she didn’t know what a infected Wound look like she wanted me to go to the emergency room. I was used to dealing with my wounds, and I knew it was not infected wound look like my doctor said it wasn’t infected, but she insisted on me going to the emergency room so who do I believe the doctor or this nurse because of that Danielle hold that against me and falsified information under my file please let me know what I can do as far as that It’s concerning! I think they should be legally shut down. no healthcare agency should get away with treating people like that falsifying information so that I can look bad or uncompliant I may not get justice for what they did but justice is to the ones who deserves it? Aging Well Health Care has helped my 94 year old mother live independently after my father passed away. Living out of state I am thankful and appreciative of the service that Aging Well provides. My mom has assistance five days a week which includes healthy and delicious meals prepared for her along with meals prepared in advance for dinner or the weekend when she is on her own, basic but essential cleaning of the house, washing of bedding, trash out, grocery shopping, drives to doctor appointments, and miscellaneous errands (post office!). My mother also appreciates it and I think benefits from the social aspect of sharing time with a caring and attentive person.
