I'm a very disappointed in the mishandling of my services with them. My nurse's name is Jeff. He is good, consistent and professional. He calls me the day before to schedule his time with me. Every time he is out sick, I receive inadequate use of my time waiting on themto come. I have to call the agency and ask them who is coming to service me. Jeff has only been out 2 times. They seldom call me in advance to provide me services in his absence. Most of the time my entire day is spent waiting on them to come. I have mobility issues. The nurse Nicki, that was scheduled to service me today didn't give me adequate time to get to the door before she left. I called and text her to explain my delay in answering the door. She text me back and said she could see later on in day. This is 8:50 in the morningwhen returned the text. She texted me at 6:20 p.m. to say she couldn't make it today but she can come tomorrow. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company. Jeff is the only reason why I am still with the agency.
