$250 for an office visit. Literally walked in they listened to my breathing and sent me for an x-ray. Tell me how that cost me $250. I already knew I needed an x-ray I didn't need somebody to charge me $250 to tell me that. Oh and it doesn't help they can't keep any doctors. And they want to act judgmental when you don't have a primary care because all three of them that you have had have left. I will not be using this facility anymore.

My first Nurse Practioner found my stage 3?cancer. My next one straightened out my medicine for better coverage. My 3rd one is on it as far as blood tests needed. I came from the city and they don’t even remember you. I couldn’t be happier with my care from this clinic. I am a retired RN.

I had a prescription that Moser’s couldn’t fill because of a national shortage of my medication. I spent an entire day off of work calling pharmacies in the area so that I may get my medication. I finally found a pharmacy that had my medicine in stock…. On Monday, I called the office and was made aware that the Doctor was not in so that I couldn’t get a prescription for my medicine until Tuesday (how can nobody be able to write a prescription on a Monday)….. here we are on Tuesday and after multiple calls to SMDH family medicine I still have zero medicine. I even took off work today to be able to go pickup my meds. What a waste of time. If you’re considering this office I would implore you to look elsewhere because the patient service is down right awful.

I went to the Salem ER this morning in the hopes that they could help me where Houston had failed. I have been in pretty well continuous pain since Monday afternoon with ulcers. I was triaged by a very sweet nurse who has helped me with this issue before so I was happy to see her. She put me in a room and made sure I was comfortable and then said the doctor would come in soon. She came back in a few min and had me sign a release of my documents from Houston. After that the doctor come in she went. "So...the Houston ER has given you all the meds that can be given. So what is it that you want because I am not giving you narcotics." I responded that I just wanted to feel better and not like I was dying. "Well we dont have a gi doctor. I'm not giving you narcotics and you have all the medications you can use. So what do you want to do?" I said I guess where do I sign to be released. "I dont have anything else for you. You can go." I was not given discharge papers or anything just sent on my way. All I needed was help not some lady being rude to me I assume because she thought I wanted the narcotics. The narcotics dont help. I.V. fluids would and maybe an antibiotic would. She was horrible.
