This was a bad experience after I came home after receiving my transplant. They was supposed to come the next day they called that and said they couldn’t make it and would come the next day, the next day they called and said they couldn’t make it. Finally on Monday after this going on sense Friday, I had two different ones come and they had try thre times to get blood, one wanted to poke me a four time and I refused. Not very professional at all and I would not trust them to take care of any body I cared about

Absolutely terrible from an employer standpoint. They are known for stealing time from their own employees, reimburse the bare minimum on mileage that won't include protecting transporting their client and and management have no idea on what they are doing in the senior living world. Clients are not their top priority in anyway. Quality doesn't matter only quantity in hours they can charge you.

Paula and Misty were absolutely amazing in caring for my mom. They were the vital lifeline to see how my mom is doing. The communication was amazing and regular. They were my only connection to my mom with advanced dementia. I cannot even begin to explain or express my gratitude to all those at Phoenix for loving support and vital communication during a very difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I do not recommend this company to anybody. My father had stage 4 brain cancer and when we got him home I relied on this company to help take care of him. Unfortunately this was a mistake. From the get-go this company solicited us for donations which by the way I thought was very unprofessional. You do not solicit anybody for donations when they have just first met you and are knowing you for the very first time. The supplies that we were given for incontinence were very poorly made and flimsy. The bed that they sent was very small and old. I felt very bad that my dad had to sleep on a bed that was in such poor condition. Some of the nurses were really not very good. One of them actually made supposedly supportive comments to me but then said the same thing to my sister the next day. That was really ingenuine. One of the nurses actually suggested not feeding my dad when he was still awake and very much alive. I believe this nurse was over anticipating. Additionally my mother was very sick she had multiple sclerosis and had just gotten back out of the hospital her own self. One of the nurses said that she wanted to speak to my mother about things and I told her to be very careful because my mother had just gotten out of the hospital. The nurse did not listen and she got my mother upset and worked up when she should not have. I felt very disrespected by that. One of the last nights of my father's life I spent 22 hours awake trying to get my father a higher supply of oxygen. He needed more oxygen and what we were given could not sustain him. So we called to try to get more oxygen because the tanks we had was not enough. The company could not supply us with that in a timely manner so I had to go to the emergency room with my father and wait until we could get the correct supply of oxygen at our home. I was very angry about that. The pharmacy kept sending supplies that we did not need and we did not ask for. I tried several times to get the pharmacy to stop sending things that we did not need. Everything that I went through as the caretaker for my father was very difficult and heart-wrenching. The social worker was overly pushy with her inclusiveness of God in our conversations and it was not appreciated. You do not push God on anybody. Even though I am a Christian I don't do things like that. Overall I have to say to anybody do not pick this company because they do not have decent supplies or a truly attentive staff. I am deeply disappointed and definitely regret ever using anyone from this company. However the nurse manager and the bath lady were exceptional people and they deserve a really big pat on the back. Nobody else does. Beware of this company because you will probably be just as disappointed as I was.

This company is absolutely a blessing. I called so many places, asking how to get my mother on services, I was new to the process and never even heard of In-Home Services until a friend of mine went to an event and was able to speak to a representative from Phoenix. From the moment I called, I could tell they truly cared. I was given a step-by-step on what to expect and the time frames in order to get services started, the young lady who assisted on the phone, conferenced a call with my mother, me and State so everyone was on the same page. I didn't have high hopes, but after seeing how well this company treats my mother and our family, I will forever be an advocate of Phoenix. My mother's health is improving, and she actually looks forward to her caregiver coming over. These people are god's gift to Springfield.
