Tried to explain that this company is in-network with an out of state PPO Blue Cross Blue Shield policy and gave them proof that they were in-network. I know they were also having misinformation from the third party auth company, when i tried to discuss this i was talked over. I tried to have my health advocate with the health insurance company straighten out their misinformation regarding my policies coverage. Eventually i had to call and I was met with hostility and they planted their feet firmly that I was wrong, even after taking them out to the provider finder to show they are in-network. Office staff was incompetent and unwilling to have a productive conversation with me or my health advocate. We will be going elsewhere for a CPAP and I highly recommend anyone reading this review does the same.

Do not use Leah Atwater as your supply rep. She never answers her phone and takes days to get back to you after leave a message. The worst customer service ever.

Julie was very helpful when trying to help me through my daughter that was in the store. I am new to having an ileostomy and Julie helped us find what I was looking for with VERY little info and a picture. Her help was greatly appreciated.

I bought some crutches from this store for my spouse. I was very clear that he is 5’6. They handed me the crutches and I paid for them assuming they would fit him. I opened them before I put them in my car to get them to fit. When I went to drop the crutches off with my husband they were way too tall and he couldn’t use them. They were never used. He only picked them up to see if he could stand with them. When I called to ask for a refund and return it they said since it was opened there is no returning it. It does not state on my receipt that it’s not refundable and they wont take the wrong product back. They did explain that’s the only type of crutches they have but the crutches given were only the type that go up from 5’10 not lower. My money was pretty much stolen, I would understand if I couldn’t get the full refund since I opened it but I should’ve at least gotten some of it back. Very dissatisfied with this place.

This format requires you choose a star in order to post. I say ZERO Stars. These are the absolutely the rudest customer service people I have ever come across. They do not follow up as they should and when you call them on the carpet about their disgustingly poor service they hang up on you. Try going down there, they refuse to speak to you. If you call again, your accused of being threatening and again, hang up on you. Every person there needs to be fired.
