Top notch place when they were dealing with my chemotherapy attachments. I wanted to go there again once I was recommended palliative care. After a few months the phone calls started not happening, and the appointments also went from every two weeks to... over a month because the scheduling never quite got figured out on their end. If you still have the energy to stay on top of them, then I think they were very nice. But if your starting to need someone to help you get things accomplished medical wise, or someone that will keep to a schedule, maybe move on. I just feel like I fell off the radar here, and I dont have the energy to keep up with them anymore. Good luck, i hope this helps the next person in the same shoes.

I was in hospice here, but ended having post op issues and went to emergency after calling. They dropped me like a bad habit, no refils on meds or the medical supplies (needed daily) ie: reason for operation.. so fair warning, if you are in hospice or looking for a hospice, for your own safety, seek another company

The therapist who came to my house was not professional or even honest. I asked them to call ahead because I have gait anxiety about people accidentally letting my dogs out. I actually told Tiffany this before she got here. I said I have a runner, if he gets out, the day is over and Charline needs to be handed a toy. I'm a professional dog trainer for both the Missoula and the Bitterroot Humane Society and I also trained Service Dogs who work with FWP and Law Enforcement. My dogs are 10,9 and 6 and have a clean record and are really nice dogs. They said I said to call so I could " put my dogs up " No, I never said that. I don't need to put my dogs anywhere. I have an entire farm of healthy well socialized very well trained animals that all get along. Cats, dogs, goats, donkey and a horse.I do not deter my Lab ( who gets very excited when we get visitors) from barking at strangers across the gate. She's doing her job! I'm alone and disabled. Additionally, she was adopted from the Humane Society in Missoula when she was 9 weeks old. They don't adopt out vicious dogs. The fact that I had dogs was well established before they came over. It really upset me the way this girl acted simply because my dog barks🙄fr Tiffany looks like a trouble maker who runs to the supervisor to get a patient she's never even met into trouble. No thanks. I'll do without your service. I'm pretty sure most people have dogs. My dog is a yellow lab who is 10. She's never bit anybody 🙄

Underwhelming hospice care. Nurse Kristi was amazing, one nurse was condescending and rude and the other was okay. There was bad communication among everyone, messages were not relayed from Partners to the nurses as to why they were needed to visit. It took forever to get a CNA and when we finally did all they could offer was a bed bath while we were expected to do everything else. Their staff seemed stretched thin (although most were trying their best) and we were not provided adequate assistance. They (Bridget) promised to follow up with the immediate family members after since they claimed their services were for everyone involved. They never checked in, followed up, or provided any grief services. Look elsewhere for hospice care for your loved one.
