I spent 31 days at Brookstone and was weak after a sacrum fracture. The output PT Carla and Stacy and Jackie the OT and nurse Arianne followed me when I went home. They helped with adapting to being home and finding a safe way to do my ADLs. The exercises they taught me helped my strength, balance,and pain control. Friendly professional staff .

Madi and Jeremy who are providing occupational therapy and physical therapy to her in home are skilled professionals, knowledgeable, and so compassionate. Madison (Madi) and Jeremy are the absolute best OT and PT professionals! They both go above and beyond when helping my mother in her home. They always have the best attitude and best tips to help my mother regain her independence and mobility and both are very kind and patient. They always arrive and leave with a smile. I would like to compliment Karen and Madi for the wonderful care they provided to my husband following major surgery and a week in the hospital. Upon returning home he had multiple issues that were not easy to handle. These ladies always provided the very best care and support! They ordered supplies when needed, communicated with providers, and always gave clear instructions and ideas for how to best care for him. A couple months ago, my wife had to undergo a delicate heart surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. We were supposed to stay in Rochester for only 10 days, unfortunately due to prior issue with her lungs, we ended up staying for over 2 months. Needless to say, she has been trhough a lot. Thankfully with the dedication and care of all the medical staff at the Mayo Clinic, we were able to come home 2 days before our 40th Anniversary but she needed to do a Rehab at home. With the arrangement made by the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Brookestone Home Health Care has been assigned to my wife. I can honestly say that from the 1st day we met their staff at our house, we were so impressed and so happy to have found this Health Care provider. My wife worked with Danielle (OT), Carla(PT) and Arianne(nurse). They are very friendly, caring, knowledgeable and full of resources and made all the arrangement needed for my wife and provided all the necessary tools so she can recover fast. They made our life so much easier. My wife has now graduated from the in-home therapy which is a bitter-sweet situation because we feel like Danielle, Carla and Arienne are part of our family after all this time. We will miss them for sure. If you ever need a Home Health Care, I would highly recommend Brookstone Home Health Care.. and trust me you will be very happy to work with their staff.
