Over the years I have had many experiences in your hospital. If want me to describe them, or even one, I suggest that you ask me about a specific date and/or procedure to comment upon. On my most recent visit, Friday, Jan. 9th, 2026, I went to St. Francis for the Red Cross Blood Drive. I noticed that one towel dispenser (in the men's restroom nearest the main entrance) was out of towels. I'd say everyone does a pretty good job of taking care of the community.

The CHI Health St. Francis team took a patient-centered approach when providing support and care. Their warmth, sense of humor, and depth of knowledge can best described as unmatchable. Based on these practices, the staff reinforced my belief that it was still possible for a medical team to provide a quality surgical experience. With that being said, CHI St. Francis has earned a 5⭐️ rating!

My tech was very nice. She put me at ease with her friendliness! I am a yearly visitor to mammography and appreciate the professionalism and quick results. Also want to say the receptionist was very nice too.

The hospital is so clean and inviting! And everyone was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was seemless and easy. I would feel very comfortable going there for any healthcare needs.

This hospital is a joke! My dad has a tracheotomy and has a very hard time breathing and speaking due to it. This past weekend he had went into the ER because we had seen 2 large bumps on both sides of his neck come to find out the tumors are growing rapidly fast and he needed medical attention. They had him admitted and they did absolutely nothing for him! The nurses hang out and gossip at the nurses station and after I wanted to ask what the plan was going forward with him. The nurses had an attitude saying that once the Dr comes back down to the floor I can ask him. My dad has been struggling and keeps voicing that he’s in a lot of pain and would really like for someone to come in and check up on him at least every hour or so, NOPE ! We had overheard a conversation that the nurses were having directed towards my dad saying he needs to go home there is nothing wrong with him and that he is fully capable to go home and do his cares at home and have us do everything for him. My family have been trying to figure out a way for him to get the best possible care for him because obviously we are not trained to do anything with how serious the wound site is. We had tried to make an appeal for him to stay longer just incase something more was to happen and my dad had said he thinks he needs to stay there for a few extra nights, nurses and drs kept saying no and basically forcing us to leave so they can have a bed for someone else. At this point we are frustrated and just decided to leave after waiting for discharge paperwork they had a respiratory therapist come in and man handle the wound, and then the nurses that was there for the shift change was very rough and just yanked my dads IV out of his arm. I truly don’t understand how the hell you say that your taking care of a patient and care for their wellbeing but treat your patients like trash. Lastly I would just advise to just go to regional if you don’t want your family member / love ones to be sent home worse than what they initially came in for.
