Kailen was great from Interim Heathcare of Lincoln!! She was the only medical person to figure out my Rx's and she was very knowledgeable and professional. I would strongly recommend Kaile of Interim Healthcare.

Interim was our home health provider when my husband was discharged from Madonna. Lynette was wonderful! She even came to our discharge plan meetings at Madonna to help support us as we struggled to adjust to a new way of life. She did not push her company at all, but was a genuine help and comfort to us. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our care from them. Mikaela (OT) was absolutely fantastic. She not only aided us in daily tasks, she had amazing tips and was a great help in recommending alternative supplies that she knew would make life easier. Brett (PT) was great as well. He challenged my husband to keep pushing, but was very encouraging and applauded my husband's efforts and work ethic. We highly recommend Interim Health Care of Lincoln!

I was very reluctant to try home health again as I had a bad experience 18 years ago. A friend suggested Interim HealthCare so I decided to give it a try. They have been helping us now for 2 years and I couldn't be happier! Kudos to the nurses and aids who choose to do this. Without you our l ife would be much harder. We have a wonderful caring and knowledgeable nurse and every aid we have had has been great. Thank you for helping.

My husband has major health issues, and I would be completely undone if I hadn’t had the nursing care that Interim has provided us for the last 2 years. Those gals are stellar. Home health care is good but there is always turn over so that is a disadvantage because of worker shortage , but they always try to accommodate me. Thank you Interim!

If I could give a zero rating I would. Cassie was spoken to in depth of the care I would need with showers and wound care with having a wound vac. I was assured they would be happy to take my cares on. I hired them. Regretfully! Several times of communication for very poor and unprofessional treatment by Kelly and Kayla the two nurses assigned. After several weeks and calls nothing changed. Even with surveillance proof dishonesty remained and unprofessionalism continued. I had no choice but to terminate services. I now go to a wound clinic. It is appalling by everyone involved now to see the build up on and around my wound. Nurses had to clean and pull off thick build up that never had been cleansed as the Interim nurse Kayla should have been doing all along at each dressing change which was three times a week. . I had to repetitively ask Kayla to pull her hair back, wash her hands, supplies were often forgotten and not used, I had an injection ordered that Kayla did not give which was right in front of her due to her not having a syringe. All I can say is that I hope nobody else falls into their abuse and disrespect. Even with surveillance Kayla lied! Cassie does not hold her staff accountable even with proof! Sad and such a shame. I have experienced many wonderful nurses through my needs elsewhere and I am thankful for the team I have now fixing what needs fixed. Kayla did not seem to understand wound measurements either. She measured a much different size by far. Just hope others are aware. Nurses were not on the same page. Gave me different information that was often concerning. When the wound vac was removed cares became even more careless. My surgeon ordered two types of treatments to use after the removal of the wound vac. Come to find out Kayla was only using one treatment.
