This company has been so I consistent my husband is on blood thinners has to have them come out to check his blood due to the fact blood has to be just right he can die if it's not right and also they are horrible at keeping Appointments they gave my husband a text at lady minute yelling him they can't come out Soni consistent and also the fact they are always changing appointments on a whim my husband has numerous health issues irlts hard for him rlto get around d I guess that doesn't matter I would give this place a zero if Givin opportunity so if you need home health care I would advise you to not go with this place nice at first then they will change everything on s whim no matter if it's life or death

I have experienced multiple home nursing agencies over the last year and Accent Care has been second to none. When all of the local home nursing companies turned their back on me and my case, Accent Care stepped up to the challenge! Their staff is always professional. Their presence is uplifting- as you the patient progress through your journey of healing. The attention I feel and the advocacy I receive from their nursing staff is rarely practiced in today’s overly exhausted world. They have many patients, but they make me feel as though I am their only one. I will recommend them to care for any of my loved ones when the need arises. Thank you nurses and staff. At first the communication was great with nursing. My father is 91 and has a sleep schd that he sleeps majority of the day and is up early afternoon. I was informed this would not be a problem from the get go. PT OT and Bath aide we great called the day before and set a time to come the next day. The first nurse that came out to admit him was great and she even confirmed the nurses would come out after 130pm every week. Then I get a call from nurse Emma telling me she can only come out at 12pm. And we have to work around her schd. I attempted to call the supervisors and after 3 attempts could only get someone to call me telling me they are discharging my dad for non compliant, but couldn't give me an example besides the one decline of a bath, and that she would talk to her boss and call me back. My dad only declined one bath because he didn't sleep that day due to roofers working all day. He was tired and weak. And I was told over text and phone from Nurse Emma they would send another nurse out. I did not hear from another nurse for 2 weeks until they discharged him and that curse again would not tell me why. I again attempted to call and left 2 more message for a supervisor to call me. Again no one returned my call. VERY UNPROESSIONAL NURSING> I want to stress the PT and OT and bath aide were very sweet and respectful. To this day I was never given a full reason why my dad was discharged from Home health. I would never recommend this company.
