I cannot recommend this service. I had a caregiver of theirs help me in 2023 to 2/2024. Her name was Eboni. I moved and since I have no family, she offered to have her boyfriend and "friends" help me. The friends were from a halfway house recruited on the spot. They appraised everything they packed and asked questions. They "lost" my CPAP machine and hundreds of dollars worth of meds, as well as other things. When I confronted her, she called him and made him return the CPAP machine but not the meds saying someone must have stole them, and the other stuff, off his truck. Before we left the apartment, Eboni's boyfriend befouled my bathroom and either did not clean it up. About a month later, she filled a large duffle bag with my stuff (kitchen items, dishes, a frying pan set, etc.) and when I asked her what was in the bag when she was leaving, she said the place where she was staying had no running water so she was taking some of mine. I was so bewildered that I didn't check myself (I am also bed bound and disabled). I reported it to her superior and she said that she knew the place where Eboni was staying and it had running water. She did nothing about the theft as Eboni maintained that she took nothing. I escalated it to DHHS. I reported the theft, verbal abuse due to my weight and her trying to act as a dietician without formal training. An investigation was launched determining that Eboni took advantage of me. This was eighteen months ago and I have contacted management repeatedly asking for compensation for the medication, loss of deposit and theft I experienced. My texts have went unanswered so I am leaving my review as a warning to future clients. Even if they do not have Eboni anymore, the problem extends to SOS's management which is why I am writing this. They should take responsibility for their employees and their repercussions.

BOSS BISH
They took great care of me; the only time they were not professional, is when they were entirely personable, and they took me in like family, when I had absolutely none..the only reason we even parted ways is because DHHS did them dirty a few years back, but I loved them so much, I have reached out to them again today, in hopes of possibly reconnecting with them again!!
