Delivery is very convenient, however we did not know we were getting this delivery and were unaware of the cost. They did not check with insurance before, we had to pull a lot of money out of our account to pay for this bill that we had no control over. I tried calling several times and never got a clear response, still on edge about this experience, and the product they sent me isn’t even being used… sitting in a closet!

This review is specifically regarding the team handling children's incontinence supplies. Every conversation with them was terrible. I was made to feel like an annoyance, especially if I had questions. In particular, Johnny was ignorant, condescending, and rude. It was my conversation with him that made me decide to change suppliers.

While the convenience of delivery is nice, I’ve had so many issues. Every order has bent needles that are unusable which is extremely inconvenient. I understand the needles used are thin, but some are so bent that the medicine won’t even come out of the needle when pushing the syringe (I don’t use these ones, but tested it by trying to push it into the sink and nothing would come out). On my most recent delivery, out of the 14 shots received 8 of them are overfilled. Some have up to a 20% increase in medication, and considering it’s a blood thinner this is extremely dangerous and careless work done by whoever filled the syringes. Had I not noticed this my son could have had severe complications. I also don’t like that regardless of if I answer the door and physically take the package from the courier, I’m given a “sorry we missed you” slip I have to fill out and mail in, rather than just signing for it upon delivery. If this is their system they shouldn’t be “sorry we missed you” slips. I have missed some deliveries, not because I wasn’t home, but because the courier doesn’t ring the doorbell letting us know they’re here most of the time. We have a ring doorbell, so if I see a notification in time I’ll go out and meet them, but when I miss the notification or the camera misses the motion the medication will be sitting on our porch for hours. This is a huge issue for medication that needs to be refrigerated. Luckily we’re still having decent weather, but with warmer weather approaching I worry about this and his medication being unusable due to sitting outside in the heat.

I appreciate this place so much! They’ve helped me so much with the formula shortage. It’s been a little tricky getting the product I needed but it was on back order but they’ve been so helpful. Some staff are a little more helpful than others but I get that we have our bad days. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that I received a shipment of dented cans and was told I could still use them by one of the nurses from there but when I spoke to a couple doctors and the company of the formula they said to absolute not use them. But per their policy they wouldn’t be able to exchange them for undented cans. :/ Other than that, love this place and everything they do.

Long story short, I had to rent a fiber optic light for a few days after my daughter was born. The nurse who came and showed us how to use it and gave us parenting advice was excellent. Guy came and picked it up with no problems. Prior to getting the light, my doctor said insurance should cover it. They didn't, so I applied for financial assistance. But in order to just to have the form sent to you, you have to prove that you weren't eligible for Medicaid during that time period. I wasn't eligible but it turned in to a whole fiasco with Medicaid just to get a rejection letter. I send the rejection letter in and request the forms. They lost it. I send it again after not being notified (I had to call on multiple occasions). They finally send the financial aid forms and I send them back. They lost it. I call back again to have them sent and had to go around again to get forms resent. I send them back (and kept copies this time). Eventually, I get a letter saying I was approved and called them to see if I can pay it, but they hadn't received notification of my approval yet from Children's Hospital. I finally get a call, but they claim by the time they processed it's only good for this year into next year, but the costs were incurred last year. Why would I apply for financial aid if I didn't incur any costs within that time frame? They now refuse to honor it because I applied "too late" when in reality they lost my forms. I'm a single parent trying to get by and was approved for financial aid after going in circles because they're professionals at losing paperwork. They refuse to honor what I was approved for due to a dating issue on their end. And thanks for calling me a few days before Christmas to see if we can set up a payment plan for the full amount. I'm willing to pay what I would have after receiving financial aid, but not a penny more.
