Sarah K. & April P. from the Marketing Team, were incredibly helpful in guiding me through everything. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable with the next steps. When it came to my in-home visits, I was beyond impressed with the graciousness and warmth of Katie and Dallas with OT. Their approach was patient and encouraging, and I truly felt like they were invested in my well-being. A special highlight goes to Chelsea with PT—she was absolutely amazing. Her enthusiasm and expertise made such a difference, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and confident. Chelsea’s positive energy and dedication were truly remarkable, and I cannot thank her enough for the care and attention she provided. Chelsea took time to listen to my needs and challenged me, which led me to getting stronger day by day. I truly value her so much, I hope she never forgets how much it meant to me personally the day she got the heat pack and covered me up when I was in the absolute worst pain imaginable, she is an angel and I hope she will always Imagine Big! Lastly, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Logan with PT. Logan’s kindness and support meant so much to me, and I truly appreciate all the effort put into ensuring I received the best care possible. Logan was with me from beginning to end, checking up on my progress, asking a lot of pointed and detailed questions. He was very kind and explained the entire process. Overall, the entire team made me feel incredibly special as a customer. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care stood out in every interaction. I am so grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and expert care.

I’ve had PT the past 3 weeks primarily with Sara, but also with Chris, Bo and Chelsea. They have done an amazing job getting me up and mobile again after my knee replacement. I have exceeded my expectations for where I would be at, at this point. Couldn’t ask for a more caring and supportive team!

I have had several weeks of in home nursing, both with Chris (physical therapy) and Alyssa (speech therapy). I have had in home PT at least twice before and Chris has been the best - he is realistic and also challenges. Alyssa is great - in the same way - focused in on my needs but kept it fun and challenging. Both were very encouraging and respectful. I highly recommend Home Nursing with Heart.
