One of the worst hospice companies ever.

These people dare you to call them on their b.s. and rude customer service and when you do, they act aggressively, and I was the customer! Unpleasant, unprofessional employees and poor communication. If I can keep people away from them, I will be happy. Use someone else. There are plenty of options.

St. Joseph Villa, my experience with a love 1 being in the villa. I saw worker sleeping on duty multiple times. It was a concern of mine when I saw alot that needed to be done with the residents. The smell of urine and feces was a normal. As I visited my husband every day. They always got cold food in the dementia side. Victor is the director, I brought my concerns to him and the team and was ignored all the time. The CNAS and Med aides were able to work double shifts, so I'm sure this is why they were able to sleep on duty . I have alot more to say. The nice looking facility has nothing to do with the terrible conditions of the residence.
