Nurse Carol was assigned as the nurse for my wife Claudette Dorian in August 2025. She explained to us the medical services she would give to my wife . Every visit Carol would first ask me if there was any special medical concern we had since her last visit. She would thoroughly examine Claudette and apply new bandages as needed since she was always having skin tears and bruise. Carol was very professional and her visits reduced my stress level as I knew Claudette was in great hands. Carol is a true professional. When Claudette died Carol came to us immediately and comforted me and explained the next steps. My friends wife may need a Hospice and I reccomended your company and told him to ask for Carol. Steven, the grief counselor, is absolutely outstanding. After my mother’s passing he has come to my home weekly to offer support, engaging conversation and caring demeanor that has assisted me throughout my grief journey. He also brings handouts for me to read, writing prompts that get me thinking and feeling (which shows me where I am at on the grief scale) and overall has a compassionate heart that makes me feel like I am truly seen and heard. I actually look forward to speaking with him every week and am beyond appreciative for the kindness and care he has shown me. Steven is a true gift to the Advanced Healthcare team - I would give him a 100 million stars if I could. Highly recommend him for anyone needing a skilled grief counselor.
