This company may have been the best but is totally clueless now. I had an amazing nurse named Justin come over last week (Tuesday) to check on me and have me sign all the paperwork to use their service after I had a midline put in. He was awesome. I’m supposed to have a nurse come once a week to change my dressing. Saturday evening a nurse named Paul sends me a text asking if he can come by the next day Sunday. Being that I was not expecting anyone until Tuesday I told him no that I had plans. He responds with “when are you available sir”. Kind of disrespectful sounding. I responded with Monday or Tuesday morning. I never heard back from him. This morning (Tuesday), I call the office and some girl answers, I tell her my name and she says, oh Lulu has been trying to call you. I explain to her that I got this text on Saturday and have not heard anything else from them since and no one has called. She again repeats that someone has been trying to call me. I tell her that’s BS, no one has tried to call me. She then asks me what my name is again? At this point I told her to forget it, I’ll find a different company. The last home health company I had, they were on the ball. This company, I don’t recommend.
