I can't say enough good things about this company and everyone that works for them and even the DME ( medical equipment) vendor that they use. My mom was recently hospitalized for COVID and was discharged home on hospice. . We were scared she was going to pass that night or the following day in the hospital alone (strict no visitor policy for COVID patients).So the hospital case worker helped us expedite her discharged at the last moment on a Friday evening. CarePro hospice was on top off the ball. We got discharge order around 7pm and by the time we brought her home, around 10pm, they had her hospital bed, oxygen, pain med, everything we could think of & more here at the house.The Hospice RN, Cheryl, was waiting in front of our house when we brought my mom home. And let me say she was like the Mary Poppins of nurses. So kind, explained everything, very compassionate, she was absolutely perfect in every way possible. Fast forward this review, it's now been 3 months, my mom is still alive, COVID left her very fatigued and debilitated but she's here and no longer on hospice. Anyone in the position of having to choose a hospice company, I highly recommend this company. Every single person we dealt with, the social worker, the nurses, spiritual counselor, volunteers, office staff, EVERYONE has been above and beyond kind & helpful. Who ever is doing the hiring for this company desserves a gold medal because they have managed to put a top notch team together. Thank you CarePro Hospice.
