CenterWell team assisting my mother has been wonderful and patient with us. I appreciate and applaud all they do. My only qualm was, the scheduling needs to improve. Asked to have set days for visits. Centerwell team tried to accommodate as best as they could. I recommend them for any aftercare needs.

Short wait times Assist techs knowledgable. Proficient office staff. Providers come and go frequently so no consistancy. Some providers seem to care about treating seniors. Others are clueless and indifferent. All providers are far to eager to transfer clients out for even simple care instead of helping clients themselves. After all they all went to medical school. I personally do not like going to multiple doctors for each challenge. Doctors do not communicate information with each other. No continuity sadly. Do not use centerwell home care no one follows through with anything PT and nurse don’t do anything and no follow through totally clueless

Most people who come to your home are kind and want to do their best. Do not settle for the lazier staff one actually said we were dirty in medical note because he was mad we made him work and do what the doctors ordered but we have maids and OCD about cleaning. We fired him. The office is a nightmare there were billing issues, scheduling issues, no employees available for services, they leave you on hold forever, forget to return calls, and don't complete paperwork. Once you get set up you don't need to deal with the office much.

The ladies who came were excellent at their jobs. I felt comfortable with them being able to help me regain my strength. The nurses were on time and very helpful. The Physical Therapist were thorough with the exercises.
