Nevada regulation of Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) requires facilities to obtain a federal CLIA certificate and a state laboratory license from the Nevada. Yet they allowed tbeir nurses to do finger pricks via glucometer to check patients' blood sugar . The condescending lady boss one time told me that I should buy one out of my own pocket to use it on patients, unbelievable.

Thank God for people like Patricia at Connolly Care home health! My mother took a terrible fall and refused to go to the hospital or have anyone come and see her. Patricia was a godsend! She was so calming and compassionate my mom welcomed her in and embraced her care. Patricia was also the only nurse that our dog would let past the front door 🐶

I’ve been a patient of Connolly Care for just over 5 years, since my transfer from a stroke rehab facility to my home. The nurses, therapists, and Certified Nursing Assistants have been outstanding, and the management and office staff have been very supportive and work hard to help ensure my continued care. The therapists have helped increase my strength so that I continue to improve my mobility following my stroke. I highly recommend Connolly Care as the best provider of home care in this area.

My father and my family had a horrible experience with this company. They had little to no compassion for the patient and his family. A fellow family member who is a professional health care worker wrote a review on our experience. Unfortunately my father passed. The owner of this company CALLED the grieving widow and harassed her about taking down the review that she didn’t even write. Could you imagine having a sick spouse and having a nurse that was more concerned about the dogs than your husband and having the company HARASS you while you’re mourning , more concerned about taking down a review because it “dropped them down to 3 stars” . SHAME on them.

One of the home healthcare nurses named Patricia was very unprofessional. She had nothing but attitude while caring for my father in law. She would complain that the home had dogs and seemed like she had no desire to come to the house to help. Recently my father in law was placed on hospice and Patricia called to do a follow up after discontinuing care, she told my mother in law that my father in law would not make it to Christmas without seeing him for the past two weeks or knowing his condition. This is unacceptable and someone with that attitude should not be in healthcare.
