We have been so happy with Dependable Healthcare. From the start they’ve been so reliable and have gone above and beyond with my mom’s care and physical therapy. Carmen and nurse Michelle are always on time and my mom looks forward to their visits. She’s doing so much better since she started working with them. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for all you do. We appreciate you.

My father recently had surgery and then went to rehabilitation for 3 weeks. When he got home, Dependable called me right away to schedule the first of many visits. I can say I was blessed to work with 3 great nurses - Yvonne, Kristine, and Kiran. But overall, I am writing this review (which I never typically do) because of how great the experience was with Yvonne. She was extremely professional, caring and is someone that goes above and beyond for her patients and their families to make sure all questions get answered. There were a couple times that I needed some assistance over the weekend or later in the day and when I texted or called Yvonne, she answered immediately every time and clearly gave me answers to my concerns.

This company is a JOKE! Dependable they are NOT. My sister was discharged from Hospital early last week. They were supposed to call later that day. My sister's daughter and I have called them. They kept telling my niece we'll call tomorrow and set up appointment. They finally told her we'll call Friday by 10:00 a.m. Again, no call. I called them today. Their response...the insurance doesn't cover it. I asked Giovanna why hasn't someone told us with all the contacts, including the social worker from the hospital. She could not answer. Also, I have been unable to find a Business License in Nevada for them, only Arizona. I have searched under their Las Vegas business name, their address, and the owner Joseph Schifano.

Sooo NOT dependable. The visits was very inconsistent. They only had one therapist that can come so when they take off or on vacation your left guess if your going to get service or not. They come in and talk to my mom for lik 15-20 mins then have her stand up, kick her leg 5 time and walk from the kitchen to the couch and then they leave. Promised to get her speech therapy and then turn around and said they don't have any one on staff so she would have to go threw a separate company(which insurance wont let u do that). My mom is a stroke victim and they promised and said they will help with things and never did. Took a week and a half to get OT then when the holidays came all visits just stop. The office nor the therapist never called to inform us. Just horrible.

Dependable Home Health of Nevada should change their name to NO SHOW home health. I am very upset with the rude behavior I was dealt with. I was told that a nurse would come to my home to treat my husband on Friday (No Show). I spoke to the nurse and she said she would come out on Monday, then changed it to Tuesday. I told her I would be in the home and she could enter the premises. Because she claimed on Friday no one was at home when actually my daughter and my husband were. Tuesday I waited all day. Then I received a phone call that the nurse was outside my door and she was not. They called the nurse and she would not come back. When I called Dependable to let them know that I thought maybe the nurse had the wrong address because three adults were here and we never saw or heard a nurse at our door step. Dependable operator defended the nurse and treated me very badly like I was making up a story. Very Rude. Never gave us customer service. She didn't try to help she just kept saying the nurse was at our home. The Nurse was again a NO SHOW. I called the nurse and got no answer. Do not use Dependable because they do not care about you and your family. All they care about is being right and not even considering that their people got it wrong. Very unhappy and I regret we were referred to them.
