We had a couple of outstanding caregivers but overall, mediocre care and scheduling issues with the office, sometimes double booking caregivers. But our biggest complaint is how poorly these caregivers are paid. We had 24/7 care that cost $4,000 a week. Our caregivers were paid $15 an hour. Very disappointing. Additionally, when my husband passed away, we never so much as received a sympathy card from them. Even his Doctor sent a floral arrangement . Not a big complaint I know, but I think it speaks to the professionalism of this company.

Horrible service, they send out a person to evaluate . But it takes an act from God to actually get the service. They get paid more for the evaluation, so one or two visits and here comes the over priced blood pressure checked with a new evaluation.. They are never consistent . The lack of care and business sense together is amazing.

This place is inconsistent and don’t know what they are doing. All they want is to collect insurance money with very little service. OT just massage me for 5 minutes and have me sign for her service. In my opinion they are ripping off the insurance company’s. They have no regards for the patient. Stay away from this place they are horrible and very bad. I’m going to let my insurance provider know what they are doing and the terrible services I got. They need to be put out of business. I’m so angry and disappointed in them.

Where do I begin? The state of Nevada needs to investigate the practices of Dynamic Health Care. Their service, customer care and sensitivity on matters pertaining to their patients is in question. They deserve ZERO STARS. I would appreciate being contacted by Lyft (Vice Chairman), Grabko (CEO), or Corbin (President) because I have an unbelievable story to share. Ladies and gentlemen, the overall poor review for this company is 100% ACCURATE. I do not recommend yourself nor your loved ones using Dynamic Health Care and strongly suggest they be shut down. **All names on this review were provided by the Google search engine.**

My mother, Jewel Rhymes has received excellent care and service from this agency. The progress of her health has always been a priority. When she wasvreleaswd from the hospital, her odda for survival were grim. Thanks to Dynamic Home Care, she is back on track. They call always to see if visitations can be done that day or rescheduled. We are always given a timeline of their arrival time. Thank you for your service. The Family of Jewel H. Rhymes
