Going downhill. Stephanie Gomez is very inconsiderate and rude. She ignores emails and will hang up on you if she doesn't want to hear what you have to say. This agency makes you pay for everything. The way some of them behave you'd think they were highschool girls. I transfered to a new agency that actually treats their employees with consideration. They need new management.
