Service provided by Faith Home Health was a potential disaster for me. First, PT, was sporadic at best, but the much worse problem was with the provider they sent to take care of my toenails. I am a type 2 diabetic, and have been routinely visiting a local Podiatrist. Never a problem. However when the lady sent to my home cut my nails so far down that they hurt. Then the real pain and infection set in. I had to go to my regular Podiatrist to correct their mistake. He spend sometime “ digging “ out the nail and it was infected. Needless to say, it was very painful and I was started on amoxicillin to prevent worse problems. So I have not only been recovering from a broken leg, but an infected toe. It has been a difficult journey and hampered by unprofessional staff. I would consider carefully before contracting with Faith Home Health.
