If I could rate this business zero I would. My mom was scheduled with the speech therapist we waited and after 1hr and half passed the scheduled time we called and it went to voicemail. I left a message for him to let us know if he was coming. He finally called back and stated he was 30 minutes away. He did the initial evaluation and we never saw him again. The clinical manager Hazel called and stated she was approved for 3 more visits and she would have the therapist call to schedule. After two weeks we didn’t hear from him I called Hazel back and she stated she would reach out to him. Still no response now it’s been a month later and I called Hazel and she stated we needed another referral b/c the previous one expired. I asked for the 3rd part info b/c we did not want to be referred back to them. She provided information but never apologized for her personnel not showing. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone receive their services.

This place was referred by our local hospital after my wife had fallen. They were supposed to call us the next day after my wife was discharged - they did not (strike 1). I called them 2 days later, and they sent a nurse out to begin home visits. He came out and filled out some paperwork and took the prescription that the hospital had given us. He said my wife's normal nurse would be calling in another day or two. She never did (strike 2). Now, a week later, I'm trying to call them, but can't get a call back (strike 3). Obviously, do not use this company - EVER. I'm giving 1 star because the nurse that came out to do the paperwork was nice. And he can't help it if his company is terrible.
