They have unrealistic expectations. Everything is disorganized you call the patient and they don’t wanna be seen. Their business model is to do one nursing visit and one PT a week so they make maximum profit is not a good luck and then they wonder why they have one star

If I could rate this hospice 0 stars, I would. They do not care about their patients. There have been multiple complaints already to management about nurses not showing up on time/no call/no show but it happens all the time. Go to another hospice.
