Multiple employees have been sent, each time I've had to train them what I need done. Some are good, most not. Keeping to the agreed upon schedules seems to be a problem for them, and I finally have had it being flexible with my schedule to suit their needs! A couple times they have run late by almost an hour. Some employees tend to show up unprepared: I have had to supply masks, gloves, socks, even a jacket. Who is taking care of whom! I also have had the cellphone users and being lazy. I am recoving from 1 1/2 year of cancer treatments with multiple side effects, and a broken wrist. I don't need this additional stress. I need reliable help.

Are you struggling to find balance in your life while caring for an aging parent at home? Loves Home Health Care is exactly what you need. The support my mom receives from them has helped me regain that balance. My mom and I have a strong bond, and I never thought I would find someone I could trust to care for her when I'm not there. My 93-year-old mother enjoys living independently in her own home, where she finds joy and comfort. As her only family member, I am committed to providing her with the best support possible while also ensuring our needs are met as I continue to work. After learning about Loves and consulting with the manager (K), I quickly recognized that it was the perfect fit for us. K impressed me from the start with her professionalism, organization, and expertise in home health care. She quickly matched us with the ideal caregiver. Initially, I worried it might be "too good to be true," but they have consistently met or exceeded our expectations. When the caregiver (M) arrived for the first time, it felt like all my prayers had been answered. He is amazing! I was pleasantly surprised that my mom felt so comfortable with him! At 93 years old, she is quite set in her ways. He made her feel comfortable from day one. We have had the same caregiver for six months. He has always arrived on time and never missed a day. The bond between (M) and my mom has been invaluable. Not only is M a fantastic cook, but he is also very skilled around the house. He assists with bathing, combing hair, and getting dressed, among other tasks. He ensures the house is tidy, the laundry is done, and the kitchen is spotless. He always leaves a prepared meal for her in the refrigerator. Thank you all for everything you do for my mom and me. M has truly become family. He continually impresses me with his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Loves Home Health Care provides me with peace of mind, the freedom to keep working, and a companion for Mom. If anyone is seeking in-home health care, your search ends here. Loves is fantastic.

Loves Home Health Care was contracted by my mother’s insurance company, Humana, to provide a PCA for my mother. First the owner/manager called me one day before they were to start to tell me she didn’t have anyone to send to my house. As if waited about 3 weeks for the service to begin, I wasn’t happy that she was now changing dates/times on me. A variety of “caregivers” were sent to us. One never came off her cellphone for the entire 4 -hour shift. And she ignored my mother’s needs. Even when my mother spilled an entire cup of coffee on herself, the girl never came up from her phone. I had to clean it up. She left without doing anything I asked, except to brush my mother’s hair. Another admitted that she didn’t know how to do a bed bath , and asked me to do it with her help. An entire basin of water ended up being spilled all over the floor. We got out 8 bath and pool towels to mop up the floor. When the girl Left, all towels were still on the floor, my mother was left naked, under a sheet, with not even a diaper on, with her head resting on a wet towel. The water basins were left out, as was the soap and other dirty laundry. I had to clean up after the “help”. Another one, I caught her sleeping in my mother’s room on two separate occasions. She refused to bathe my mother, stating that because my mother is a hospice patient that is not her job? She actually swept and mopped the kitchen a couple of times, but reported to her boss that she cleaned my house “extensively”. She came to work late, left her phone at home, and therefore never completed her time sheet. The last one they sent did do a bed bath but wasn’t rinsing my mothers skin properly, and when I queasy she wasn’t going to bathe her diaper area, this caregiver said, “Well her diaper isn’t wet.” Does she mean if she does pee in her underwear she doesn’t need to take a shower?!?! Today, they sent someone to the house at the wrong time, then threatened to charge me anyway, even though I had the calendar in my hand that her own employee completed. But the worst part is the downright disrespect and lack of professionalism on the part of the owner/manager. She is rude, disorganized, and admitted to me that she doesn’t train her employees-that much shows! If you care about your loved one, don’t use Love’s Home Health Care. I wouldn’t trust them alone with a pet goldfish!
