1. Told we were on waitlist and later figured out we were the first client and they had no experience 2. Son broke his arm and hit head and a worker got fired. Had a virtual bcba for six months with low support 3.bcba said we can’t have current room set up the way it was even though it was helping son stay contained and not spread feces 4. Even after telling them this they found feces and acted surprised and discharged us never working on feces goals even when requesting this from the beginning encouraging proactive treatment and being very involved in the proces as a family 5. Admin caught in several inconsistencies of protecting therapists and changing story to fit own narrative never keeping anyone accountable for keeping cases and more concerned about therapist shortage than client care 6. Changes narrative again and said being discharged due to their lack of experience 7. Called integrity line before ever being discharged as to not be accused of frivolous behavior. Was told I would have a response on October 18 Starting to make sense why admin in Vegas still has his job because corporate runs communications in similar manner Never had any care from BCBA during two months of being put on hold from RBTs. Son is now regressing An update 8/1/25 that we finally got more insight when finding ABA about a month back as well as respite a few months back and family is thriving. If you ever have Maxim willing to take you on without respite run for the hills. According to my respite company maxim knew better and knew we weren’t thriving without respite and took us on for ABA once they realized our insurance at the time did not take respite. They were trying to build their business in other words. Then blamed us for all of the problems we faced and discharged us. Again. Run for the hills. Especially if it was your first time seeking services and didn’t know better like me. Find a company where the therapist is the owner rather than a businessman looking at a bottom line first with no license to lose

My experience with Maxim Healthcare Services for my son's ABA therapy was exceptional in every way. From the administrative team led by Craley and Kaveo to the dedicated therapists Lilia and Chayene and their supervisors, Shark and the entire team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to my son's progress. They were responsive, organized and always ensured that scheduling and paperwork were handled efficiently. Lilia and Chayene, my son's assigned therapists, demonstrated remarkable skill and dedication to their work. From the initial assessment to ongoing therapy sessions, there is a clear sense of collaboration between team members. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Maxim Healthcare Services enough for ABA therapy. Your professionalism, experience and compassionate approach have had a significant impact on my son's development. I am grateful to Kaveo, Lilia, Chayene and all the supervisors for their excellent service and dedication to helping children like mine reach their full potential.

The people were very nice however they wasted an entire month of my time. I called and gave them all the details about my son and his needs. They seemed eager to work with us. I was told they would set up an assessment near the end of June. Fast forward a month later and I was told we had to do a pre-assessment phone assessment. During this time I restated everything I told them In the beginning. An hour later I get a call back that says my son is not a good fit for thier aba program. Why waste a whole month of our time like that? Super disappointing. Sure they were nice about the way they said it but there was honestly no need to string me along for a whole month thinking we would be able to work with them. They didn't even do an actual assessment.
